McLachlan gave a second missionary message. In his address he answered the question: Is the Church's™ foreign missionary ders?" "Go ye into all the world and preach 'the Gospel." "Then said the Duke "You have no choice but to 'obey; you have nothing to do with re- sults." He brought to our minds the wonderful heroism and sacrifice of the first missionaries to Africa, China and India. He said the challenge to phe Church to-day was "Christ or Com- munism," The only way to save civil- ization is by giving the world Christ- ianity. He stated that for ten years there have been five thousand added to the Christian Church every month. At the close of the serviea Rev, Mr. McLachlan showed a number Jf 'lides of Saskatchewan, Since our pastor came to us from this Western Pro- vince he is keenly interested in the work of the Church and his explana. tion of the pictures was very interest- ing.
