London, the gift A very interesting meeting of the Young People's Society was held on Tuesday night, November 13th, with 'Miss Norma Moon conducting the pro- gram on Christian Fellowship. The president, Mr. H. Jackson, led in the - opening exercises with the pastor, Rev. O. R. Flindall conducting the d * votional period: Miss Muriel Snooks " yead the Scripture lesson. Bible references were under the leadership of Reg. Abraham. Topic, "Christian Fellowship", was given by Mr. Roy Scott, discussions by the 'pastor, and Miss E. Graham. Many outstanding facts on.the subject were very inter. esting and helpful. 'Meeting closed in the usual way. ; i Sunday School was in charge of the - Supt, Mr. J. N. Mark, with an attend- ance of 83, It had as visitors Mr, and Mrs. J. H. Brown, of Toronto, former: Sunday School workers. It being Mr. Brown's birthday the mission box was remembered. (Congratulations.) In the evening Rev. O. R. Flindall preached a splendid sermon which was well received. The music was also eng joyed, .. Dressed in Oriental costume, Mr. Knight, gave an interesting lecture on China and illustrated his talk by slides depicting the people at their work, the hospitals and several other scenes.
