JOBLESS IN WINNIPEG WITH RED BANNER ASK WORK OR AID Winnipeg, April 23.--A seconl demonstration within the past week \was staged by nearly 2,000 unem- ployed here today. Led by two young women carrying a red flag emblazoned with a Labor motto the jobless marched along the main thoroughfares of the city to the Legislative Buildings. Several ban- ners were carried by the paraders, one of which demanded: "Work or Full Maintenance." Before the march started a mass meéting was held in Market Square, where Ald. Thomas Fyle and W N.
