Over 200 enjoyed the skate at the Rink and then re- paired to the school where a lunch of coffee and hot-dogs was served, Dancing took up the re- maining part of the evening. On account of the short notice of the social event, which was de- cided on only yesterday by the executive of the Literary Society, many of the county resident pu- pils were unable to bring their skates. But all appreciated the ception afterwards. The student ©. cy of the sciun' have heen looking forward oo the annual skating gigty 'or pov, time, and the committees were more than pleased with the suc- cess of the evening, The orchestra which provided the music for dancing was com- posed of five members, Migs Hel- en Argue, Oscar Jamieson, Wal- Windsor, Jan. 17 With rela- tives of Myrtle Martin, aged 13, and Marie Egley, aged 18, who van- ished from the Children's Ald Shel- ter here on Sunday, able to shed no light on their whereabouts, anx- fety as to the safety of the girls 'was expressed tonight by officials of the soclety, hi : "It is rather remarkable that we have not been able to trace the Le, 15 Ehargs of the Ohtidrencs range, 0 ren's Shelter.
