Stecg, French resident-general of Morocco, believes his nephew and three com- panions who were kidnapped by dis- sident tribesmen, will be freed shortly as a result of ransom negotiations, ac- cording to a despatch from Tangier to Lanacon. The resident-general said the kid- napping should not be taken too seri- ously as it was only an isolated ase prompted by the imprudence of the party, which had been warned that the region into which it went was danger- ous. According to latest information reaching Tangier, La Nacion's corres- pondent says, the morale of 'the pri- soners is excellent. They had again written fo- their friends asking for warm clothing and tobacco. Earlier despatches to La Nacion said that they had been taken into a region of high altitude where snow was falling. In addition to negotiations for the ransom of the two men and two wo- men of the Stegg party, efforts are being made to rescue at the same time two young girls kidnapped in Kenitra after thicir parents had been murdered, Barrister, to jury: "The principzi fault of the prisoner has been his unfortunate characteristic of rely- ing upon thieves and scoundrels of the hasest description. The unhappy man in the dock puts implicit faith in you, gentlemen of the jury." When to Suspect Acid Scalp It isn't age that dulls the hair Nor frequent washing or curling. If your hair lacks all life and lustre, it may be due to a condition you can correct in twenty-four hours. Acid scalp.
