Slim build; weight, 136 pounds; hlue eyes; grey | i suit, Ross McLeod, Thamesford, Ont., aged 21; weight, 155 pounds; height b feet 8 inches; brown hair and eyes; lump on left ear; wearing brown and Pld jail clothes and prison shoes, Ernest Brown, Thorndale, Ont, aged 28; weight 160 pounds; height, b feet 9 inches; brown hair and eyes. Warked in London for Chantler Coal Co, Held with Agnew and Mc- Leod for garage and store robberies in Oxford County and other places. This is the third time that Harl- ton. has escaped from jail, and the second time that he has broken jail in London. His first escape was from the Stratford jail in December, 1922, when he was being held on charges of housebreaking and theft. Shortly afterward he was recaptured in London, and was subsequently sentenced to two years at Kingston, Later while in the county jail here he Baw a chance to escape and took it, but returned the same might.
