For Inna Bortnyk and her family, that warm welcome was provided at the Ashburn home of Uxbridge Township CAO Kristi Honey and family. "We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the support Kristi and Tom have provided," said Bortnyk. "They have opened their home and their hearts to us." Being able to enjoy the peaceful nature of Ashburn has been critical for the family after the trauma of fleeing Ukraine.
