THE CITY OF Waterloo NOTICE OF COMPLETION TRILLIUM VALLEY PARK, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT POND 48 — CLEAN-OUT AND RETROFIT THE PROJECT The City of a retrofit assessment of Pond 48, which is an online stormwater management facility (pond) located within Trillium Valley Park in the City of Waterloo.
