Stachiw carded a three over par and Pat Spadoni_ and Tony Costa came in with six over par, both of which ranked high-in the competition. Congratula- tions fellows in representing our club so well. Once again we implore golfers to use the rakes which have been provided at each sand trap. It is extremely aggravating for any of our members to find their ball lying in a foot print caused by some thoughtless person. PLEASE USE THE RAKES. Results of the Men's Twilight Wednesday, June 26th were as follows: - 'A' Division - Low Gross - Bill Stachiw: Low Net - Bob Adamo; 'B' Division - Low Net - Dick Mannisto Runner-up - Jerry Dupas. There was no Twilight held Wednesday, July Ist. While there are some divots still not being replac- ed the number has been reduced considerably which indicates that our members are doing a little bit of thinking before walking off without replacing divots. Litter in the form of pop cans, candy bar wrappers, etc., has also shown a distinct improvement and certainly adds to the appearance of our otherwise beautiful golf course. Recently, four of our local golfers entered the Pro-Am competition at the Strathcona Golf Course in Thunder Bay. While they didn't come away with prizes, they certainly acquitted themselves well over the 36 hole tournament. Bill Hanley and Bill continued next column ......
