Prior to the discussion, a workshop was established, where small groups were formed to talk over pertinent aspects of a Parish Council. These groups met again and presented the consensus of opinion to the generat body. Mr. Anderson, using a projector, showed different structures of councils for possible consideration. Members elected to this committee were: Miss Lorraine Belliveau, Mrs. Fern McDonald, Mr. Hugh Boudreau, Mr. Mike Anderson and Father Gvora. As soon as this is drafted . another meeting will be called to discuss the constitution, and hopefully, to accept it. Lunch was served at the close of the meeting.
