These exclusions are written into the Statutory Conditions of the Standard Automobile Policy and are applicable to all companies insuring snowmobiles on an automobile policy form. PROHIBITED USE BY INSURED - 1. The insured shall not drive or operate the vehicle a. while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs to such an extent as to be for the time being incapable of the proper control of the automobile:or b. unless he is for the time being either authorized by law or qualified to drive or operate the automobile: or c. while he is under the age of six- teen years or under such other age as is prescribed by the law of the province in which he resides at the time this contract is made as being the minimum age at which a licence or permit to drive an automobile may be issued to him: or A business meeting will be held at 8 P.M. on Thursday, January 8, in the Art Room. THREE iNJURIED IN SNOWMOBILE ACCIDENT Not too much information is avail- able about the accident which took place down on the Golf Course, on New Year's Eve, which is of course, private property, and not under the watchful eye of the local police force, but a snow machine, carrying three young people came into collision witn a tree, resulting in a broken collar bone for the driver, a compound fracture of the leg for a young lady passenger, and slight bruises to the third passenger. .
