. NOVEMBER 6, 1969 DISTRICT COUT NEWS TERRACE Five remands were handed out by Provincial Judge T.A. Connor in Tuesday's Court held in Schreiber. Warrants were issued for Kevin Cocks charged under sec. 16 (a) C.C.C. and for Lorne E. Molinski who faces a charge under sec. 51 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act. Bail of $23.00, $27.50, $12.50, $23.00, $13.50 and $13.50 was posted by Joseph Papineau, Alexan- der Gauthier, Joseph Papineau, Constracting Wilco, Alexander Gauthier and Lloyd Welsh respectively. Only one case was handed in Terrace Bay by Judge Connors on Tuesday . Steven Fedorak was fined $100.00 and costs on a charge of escaping custody but another charge of impaired driving against him was dropped . le CURLING CLUB NEWS_ The Hallowe'en Party Saturday night was a great success.
