This mean that for the first time the citizens of Marathon will ask to. elect a Reeve and Councillors from among them- selves to handle Municipal Affairs. Marathon 'is five or six yearse older than Terrace Bay and Red Rock has existed for many more years. The latter township suffered re- verses in economy when their one industry went bankrupt about 25 or 30 years ago but was rejuvenated when the mill was re-opened.
