Mr. and Mrs. Georges Legault and David of Montreal, are spending their holidays with her brother Jack Bryson, and his family at Slate Islands and with her parents Mr and Mrs. J. D. Bryson. Mrs. Lorne O'Neil is a patient in McKellar hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Halonen of Ottawa are visiting with the former's sisters, Mrs. Ed Holmes and Mrs. Saima Willoughby. Walter Harris had Rev. Allan Matthews, his wife, and party visit him on Sunday en route home to Hamilton after visiting relatives ard friends in the West and in and around Dorian. Mr. Matthews was sorry to learn of the closing of the YMCA which _ had been the centre of so many activities during the 1930's when he served as student pastor in the Baptist Church in Schreiber. Mr. Matthews has been serving as pastor and community work- er in Hamilton for some years with great success. Wykes an informal party as a welcome to Schreiber, presenting them with a tea service, and other smaller gifts. : Visiting with Mrs. Irene Henderson are her daughter and granddaughter, Mrs. William Harms- worth and Cynthia, of Herfordshire, England. Mrs. John Spillane, with Nancie and Michael are holidaying in Vancouver where Mr. Spillane will later join them. Myrna McCuaig is holidaying in the States, driving with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Auger of ort William. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Malcolm have had the former's mother and grandmother, Mrs. George Malcolm of Port Arthur and Mrs. John Snow, of Woodridge, Man. visiting them. And their friends were delighted when Mrs. Snow's skill at card reading revealed the Malcolm's were to win a big prize in seven hours and her augury came true exactly when they won the big draw on Legion Field Day.
