Stan Hodgkiss, Secretary of the N.W.O.C.F. is shown presenting the bond to Curtis and his Father Roy Keller. Proceeds of the draw are used to finance a scholarship award made annually to a student from Northwestern Ontario who is majoring in Biology of Forestry studies. Forces. But why limit yourself?
