He cited Mr. Hopper's continuous service: as officer since the inception of the organization twenty years ago. Reminiscing about the formative years, where Mr. Hopper proved to be the backbone of the endeavour to supply the district and Terrace Bay residents with the services of a Credit Union. Mr. Allen congratulated Mr. Hopper upon his acc- omplishment in receiving from the University of Madison, Wisconsin, his diploma in Treasurer-Man- ager work and related courses. Mr. Allen stated that this was a three year effort, where Mr. Hopper used his summer vacation periods to attend these classes. Mrs. Chadwell reported on her recent trip to Superior Presbyterial in the Lake- head. : The Church Board had asked the C.G.1.T. to raise $50.00 for work in welfare. The C.G.1.T. will spon- sor a Walkathon on April-26, and everyone is asked to sponsor a young person in this endeavour to raise money.
