GEROW, CHURCH BOARD CHAIRMAN The congregational meeting of St. Andrew's United Church, preceded by a bountiful and varied dinner was most successful. Grace was said by Rev. C.E. Prinselaar who also introduced the guests: Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Furlonger, and Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Collinson of St. John's Anglican Church, Schreiber; Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lohr and Mr. and Mrs. W. Baillie of the Community Church, Terrace. Bay. Messrs. Furlonger, Collinson, Lohr and Baillie, all spoke briefly, in appreciation of the invitations, with the opportunity to learn of the interests, and problems of other congregations in a spirit of fellow- Adjourning to the church room following dinner for a business meeting, reports were given describing the success, or difficulties of the various association. Reported on were the financial, budget and various projects of the church, the United Church Women, C.G.1.1T., Explorers, Church Schools in various grades. The executive were elected as follows: Bill Gerow as chairman of the board, George Gordon, vice chairman; Mrs. Beth Macadam, secretary, Jim Tucker, treasurer; Bill Drake, delegate to the United Church official board conference.
