Student responsibilities and awards for extra curricular school activities were presented so that those leaving could participate and receive their tabs. President, Rod Mercure and his Tans council conducted the assembly . _ Awards were presented to the boys and girls volleyball and basketball teams. Trophies were.presented to the girls team in each of these sports for being the North Shore Champs. Entertainment tabs were given to those who participated in Variety Night}. Rod thanked his student council for their hard work during the year, and gave them their tabs. Awards were, given to the winning house league and captains Linda Hayes and Mike Brend received a trophy. Gymnastic Ribbons from.the Mara- thon meet were presented to the winners The seven cheerleaders were given awards and presented with the trophy they received at Geraldton, for being the best cheerleaders in the district. The Year Book staff received awards for producing the best year book in High School history. The boys and girls gymnastic teams were awarded their tabs.
