Funeral services were held Saturday morning, September 9, at the Duncan United Church with Rev. P. K. Louie officiating. Intérment was in Mountain View Cemetery. Mr. Sweet was born in Essex County and had moved to Duncan a year ago, from Terrace Bay. He was a millwright at the British Columbia Forest Products at Crofton and a member of the Moose Lodge and Royal Canadian Legion . _------ a FRANCIS ADRIAN SWEET FUNERAL The Ontario Department of Economics and Develop ment announced that an Ontario industrial develo p- ment office will open in Los Angeles, California, October 2, 1967. The new office will accelerate Ontario's trade program with one of the fastest growing regions in the Un ited States - California. It will be the latest addition to Ontario's internation al task force. In the Royal Jubilee Hospital at Victoria, British Columbia on Wednesday, September 6, 1967, Francis Adrian Sweet, age 54 years, passed away suddenly .
