Mr. Koski spoke on the development and changes in the Ontario secondary and university educational system that has been made in order to meet the demand for skilled tradesmen, technicians, and technologists. Relating his remarks to the current standard of living now enjoyed by all Canadians, Mr. Koski stated that in order to maintain this standard every Canadian must improve their know- ledge and skills and particularly those persons wath technical ability if we are to improve the nation's productive capacity and retain the high standard of living.
