Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Bougie were guests of honor at a surprise anniversary party on September 24th, held in the home of Mr.and Mrs. Howard Solly. A corsage and boutonniere were presented to the happy couple by their daughter Sharon and a niece, Debbie Johnson. The latter also presented, on be- half of those present, many lovely gifts of pottery. The evening was spent dancing and a turkey cold- plate lunch was served. TERRACE BAY NEWS Page 7 THE FOOTBALL GAME - by Marlyn MacDonald ¢ On Tuesday, September 27th, a football game be- tween the Public School boys and those of St.Martin's School took place at the ballfield. In the first quar- ter a touchdown was scored by Sam Harris of the Public School team bringing the score to 6 - 0. Jerry Papousek scored another touchdown in the second quarter, increasing the score to 12-0. This was held through the third quarter, with neither team scoring. The last touchdown, scored by Charley Daley, raised the score to 18 - 0 for the Public School, thus winning the game.
