Peter Testori and Angela Zan- ni were married in Falmenta, Lavora, Italy on Feb. 18, 1926 and came to Canada in 1982. They resided in Rossport since where Mr. Testori was employ- ed by the CPR until retirement about six years ago. They: have one daughter, Prina (Mrs. Eu- gene Gerow) and two grandchil. dren Peter and Cathy Gerow. Mrs. Len Ibey presented the couple with a decorated gallon jug filled with paper money March 10, 1966 from their many friends in the district. The couple received numerous congratulatory mes- sages, floral tributes and gifts. The luncheon table was cover- ed with a hand crocheted cloth made by the bride of 40 years ago. The decorated wedding cake was made by their daugh- ter and topped with a miniature bride and groom ornament. LADIES COLLECT AUCTION ARTICLES Mrs. T. Seppala entertained the members of Rossport Union Church Ladies Aid Sunday for the monthly meeting. President Mrs. H. Middleton led the dis- cussions on the agenda. Mrs.D.W.Gerow visited daughter Patricia at Wawa over the weekend. Miss Carol Hubelit returned to Wawa after holiday with her parents. Russell Gerow of Fort William was home over the weekend. Ben Lapenski and H.Middleton returned Saturday from Atikokan. Mr .and Mrs.G .Rousseau were Lakehead visitors during the week.
