HIGH SCHOOL NEWS (by Linda tales) During the past few years we have seen our school library change from a small shelf of reference books to many shelves offering a wide variety of reading material. For the studious person we have books on Maths, Science, Languages, Geography and Biography. For the student who reads for pleasure there is the ever popular mysteries, romances, adventures, humour and other fictional stories. Our reference books serve as a great help for essay material. We also have a large number of magazines. These are not permitted to leave the school. However they help to fill in the last five minutes in room six and provide general information. Any student wishing to obtain a library book from the school may do so any week day after 3:30 P.M. From the public library, books can be obtained on Monday and Wednesday afternoons 2:00 to 4:30 P.M. and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. We should all budget our free time to allow a good reading programme both for pleasure and information.
