District Commissioner Mikus and Mrs. L. Downey will attend a training assistant course in the Lakehead this weekend. Mrs. D. Thompson adjourned the meeting. Next meeting will be held in November. Gary Crandlemire had a week at home with his family before leaving for Winnipeg where he has enrolled for Second Year Science at United College. Gary was accompanied home from Fitzroy Harbor, Ontario, by Miss Judy Fulford who enjoyed a week's vacation in Terrace Bay. John Anderson has returned to Queen's University after his summer as Swimming Instructor in Terrace Bay. Maureen and Terry Hall have left for United College in Winnipeg where Maureen will take First Year Arts and Terry Second Year. They were accompanied back by Max Sichula of Northern Rhodesia who was their guest during the summer.
