Charity Fund held recently, BeHayes was elected to the Board of Directors to replace P.Romaniuk who resigned. On be= ~ half of the Board and the members of Kc+KCF, | Chairman W, Baillie expressed appreciation for the service rendered by Mr.Romaniuk, ex= plaining that he had been instrumental in organizing the Fund and had served as a Director for three yearSe In his annual report the Chairman advised; that $6,006.50 had been donatted to charity in 1962. He stated that there were 456 Kimberly-Clark employees representing about 83 percent of the payroll contributing to the Fund and that several new members had been signed up in the current canvass of non=memberss He suggested that because of the rising costs facing charitable organiza~ tions, members should consider increasing the amount of their donations to the Fund, This, he said, could be done by contacting any one of the Directors. Mr, Baillie advised that copies of the financial statement, as published last Fall, are available to anyone at the Mill Employ- ment Office.
