X-RAY CLINIC Reports on the TB Mobile X-Ray | Clinic which visited Terrace Bay three days last week showed an over- all picture of about 81 percent of Terrace Bay adults» or 786 were x- rayed or had been x-rayed in the past six months. Mr. Miller, Technician with the Mobile Clinic considered it avery good turnout and most gra- tifying results, In charge of the Chest Clinic 'for Terrace Bay was Mrs. John Ferrier, ably assisted by volunteer workers from all the Womens organizations in town, in registering adults for thei X-rays, Thursday and Friday at the Curling Club lounge. Mr. C.E. Paget, in charge of the Wednesday visit of the Clinic.to the Mill, received the full co-operation of the Kimberly-Clark Corporation Personnel Department in arranging details for the Mobile Van. The three Terrace Bay Schools als assisted the TB Clinic by distribu- ting through the school children, forms to be filled out at each household, thereby getting an es= timate of all adults fifteen years and over, who had been, or would be X-rayed. A final reminder of times and places was distributed by the Girl Guides to each home, and with signs up in all shops: and restaurants, Mrs. Ferrier and Mr. Paget felt they had received the utmost support poser sible.
