Spectators agree however, that this year's edition of the Comets should win many games and in pleasing basehall style, A mixture of able veterans and promising local youngsters should provide plenty of excitement and a | place in the playoffs. { Carl Kolody looked sharp but unlucky in two games and new comer Jack Dixon pitched well enough to win in his first appearance, Third member of the staff, Rex Taylor, is plagued by a finger injury and could just manage two innings in his start, Comets play host to Port Arthur Colonels this Sunday, so let*s havea good crowd on hand for the double header, starting at 1.30.
