Mr. Hodgkiss is: President of this group. Becoming aware that similar groups operate in most provinees of Canada and in the North- west Territories, Mr. Hodgkiss carefully planned and took the initial steps to unite all under a Canada wide federation, The fruits of his efforts were realized with the formation (during October 1961 when Provincial Representatives were attending the Resources for Tomorrow Conference) of the Canadian Wild-Life Federation.
