Mr, and Mrs. H. Lohr. and son Ricky attend- ed the Graduation Exercises of Nurses from the Port Arthur General Hospital last Tuesday afternoon when their daughter Donna was among the graduates. The Graduation Ceremony was held in St, Pauls' United Church in Port Arthur followed by a reception at the Hospita Cafeteria. Wednesday afternoon 2 Parents Tea was held at the Nurses Residence and that evening there was a Parents Banquet at "Uncle Franks", Thursday evening they were among the students, parents and guests assembled before the entrance of the graduates at their Graduation Dance, Mrs, Emma Carter of Dalhousie is spending the month of June with her daughter and son- in-law, Adelaide and Roger Beaulieu, Mr. Harry L, Ward visited with his daughter in law and son Mr, & Mrs. A. Ward and family in Fort William last week. Mr; and Mrs. F,.Hanna, Roselyn and Doug, and» Mr; and Mrs. A. McKechnie, Alice Jean and Robby were in the lakehead to attend the marriage on June 10 in Wesley United Church, Fort William of Mrs. Hanna's niece Lois ~ Walker to Clifford Parsons, Roselyn Hanna attended as flower girl. Mr, Charles Wedley arrived Wednesday from Winnipeg to visit with his daughter Gertrude Cotton and family for two weeks.
