HOLD SUCCESSFUL CARD PARTY The Catholic Women's League of St.Martin's Church held a very @njoyable and successful bridge and canasta party on Monday evening Gay Valentine decorations provided a pleas- ing accent and a luncheon following the same theme was' enjoyed by the almost capacity crowd, Card prizes were awarded as follows:- Ladies Bridge - lst, S, Todd and consolation, B, Wallin, Men's Bridge - lst Don Whitley and Consolation, Paul Rochon, Canasta - high, R, Cormier and consolation, Mrs, R. Papineau. The door prize was won by Mrs. H,Bouchard, Guides and Brownies, Cubs and Scouts will attend Church Parade in Terrace Bay this coming Sunday, February 19th, Adherents of St.Martin's will gather in the Church Hall. at 8:00 A.M, while those of the Community Church will meet in the basement at 10.45 A.M. The Brownie Mother and Daughter Banquet has been set for Saturday, March 18th at 6:45 P.M. in the Moose Hall. Tickets will be printed and distributed to sellers shortly, The Afternoon Branch of the Ladies Auxil- dary will meet in the Community Church Monday, February 20th at 1:45 P.M, Members are re- quested to bring in old nylons and Christmas Cards. ;
