Harris. Following the dinner the hall was cleared and, at 8:00 P.M, the regular meeting of the organization was called to order by the W,M, Mrs.Helen Wallace of Schreiber and the W.P, Mr . 'Mr, Smith is a Past Grand Patron of the Grand Chapter of Ontario; Order of 'the Eastern. Star and Mrs, Harris is the Mother of the newly installed Matron, Mrs, Audrey Rowley, To conclude the evening refreshments were 'served froma delightfully appointed tea table. . BROWNIES TO HOLD FLY-UP : The Fall Fly-Up of Brownies to Girl Guides will take place in the Auditorium Wednesday, November 25th, Mrs, D.Earle, District Comm- issioner will be present at the Ceremony and will also enroll some Brownies and Guiders at the meeting, Parents and interested friends are cordially invited to attend this colour- ful ceremony at 7 o'clock, Guides and Browaies are requested to be present at 6:30 ocfe Darlene Larson celebrated her twelfth birthday Saturday, November 14th by inviting eighteen young friends in for an evening of dancing, The young people enjoyed a supper of hot dogs, pop and ice cream with the birth- day cake before leaving for home. Virginia and Gary Galvin and Elsie Berndt- sson were guests of Virginia's parents, Mr. & Mrs,Gordon Brown of Pt.Arthur for a few days last week, Mrs.Betty Ollen-Bittle entertained for daughter Judy on Saturday afternoon to mark the occasion of her seventh birthday. Ten chums joined in an afternoon of games and plays enjoyed the party fare and left for home with party favours, Miss Beverley Phillips assisted.
