SCOUTS AND CUBS A going up Ceremony was held last Thursday evening, September 18th, when four Cubs were accepted into the First Terrace Bay Scout Tro by their leader, Bill Megraw. The boys, all the Akela Pack, were David Roberts - 2nd Star and one badge; Bruce Lundberg - 2nd star and two badges and also a sixer; Henry Gaulin - 2 star and three badges; Brian McInnes - 2nd st five badges and a sixer.
