Barbini in attendance, complete and final plans were drawn up which assure immediate start on the erection of the Cenotaph. Al Harrison is putting the finishing touches to the blueprints for the foundation itself, which willbe an 8! x 8! x 8" cone * crete slab resting on five 12" concrete -- piers encased in transite pipe.
