Mrs. Sam Boyd Sr. accompanied by her grand- daughter Molly Harris sailed last Friday aboard the Empress of France for Belfast, Ireland where they will es the summer visiting with relatives. Page Joanne Haviland was the guest of her grand- parents, Magistrate and Mrs. P.T.Hake of Port Arthur for the Easter holidays. Mrs. Marion Marostica with Greg, Ronny and Tommy visited Eldon's parents, Mr. & Mrs. G. Marostica of Fort Williamand her Dad, Mr. T. Tronsen of Port Arthur during Easter week. Mrs. Betty Turner held a birthday party for daughter Valerie's seventh birthday last Friday the 26th. Thirteen children enjoyed the games and contests conducted by cousin Bonnie Jean Wilson. Valerie's Auht, Mrs. Dorothy Wachter assisted the hostess wath Be birthday luncheon. Miss Pat Hunt returned Sunday from Eganville, Ontario where she spent the Easter holidays visiting her parents, Mr..& Mrs. J. P, Hunt, She was accompanied by her nieces Jane and Colleen Valiquette who visited with their grendparents, John Morrison attended the 0. E. A. Convention in Toronto during Easter week and visited relatives in Toronto and Oakville, Norah Montey visited her family in Eagle River and friends in North Bay, Ontario. Alvera Wood spent Easter week with her family in Fort Frances. Marilyn Gordon was the guest of her parents, in Marathon,' The Dim Bulbs held their regular meeting Monday evening at the home of Mrs, Lois Haviland, A Penny Auction was conducted and cards enjoyed during the evening. Mrs. Louise Stuart won firs prize and Mrs, Ev Garvin was the booby. - April 6th was set. as the tentative date for the windup and election of officers and will be held at the home of Mrs. Helen Boudreau. It's nice to know Mrs. Laura Guest is home once more from McKellar Hospital, Fort William and progressing well.
