JOHN R, KIMBERLY AND W. R, KELLETT VISIT TERRACE BAY AND LONGLAC On Monday, September 10th, John R, Kimberly, President of the Kimberly- Clark Corporation of Neenah, Wisconsin and W. R, Kellett, Executive Vice» President arrived in Terrace Bay to visit the LongLac Pulp and Paper Company management and mill. They were accompanied by Mrs. Kimberly, Mrs, Kellett and Mr. Bob Kimberly. On Tuesday they left by motor for Longlac, Ontario, 0-0-0 TERRACE BAY FISH AND GAME ASSOCIATION A well attended meeting was held on September 10th, in the Recreation Centre, with President Ken MacLeod presiding, » Business discussed mainly concerned correspondence from the summer recess and reports from the Dept. of Lands and Forests, in connectiong with the Perch Lake reclamation project, Treasurer Nels Allen reported finances in a favourable condition and Bob Hales, as chairman of the junior program, reviewed the work done thru the summer and indicated that this junior program has been well received by the youngsters in the townsite and it would be continued, The main discussion centered around the sending of delegates to the Northwestern Ontario Conservation Fed- eration, Zone One mecting, September 2end, 23rd at Upsala. Two resolutions were passed for submission to this meeting, one regarding seasons for rain- bow trout in Lake Superior and the other in connection with conservation policies in this district, John B, Garvin and Tony Delaronde will be the official club delegates to the Upsala meeting and it is expected that other members will attend as the club's interest in the Federation act- ivities is quite high, The meeting closed after the showing of some excellent coloured films, one on spin fishing for speckled trout, courtesy of Calvert's Ltd. and two courtesy of the Dept. of Lands and Forests Port Arthur, on wildfowl and forést fire fighting in Northern Ontario. 0-0-0 FOR SALE One second-hand Underwood Typewriter in exsellent condition 14" carriage.
