Towns invited@to enter are: Red Rock Manitou- wadge, Terrace Bay. This year first, second and third ribbons will 'be presented to the winners. Special instructions will be given to those we choose to represent our community, from 4 to 5 p.m. each day next week - Monday to Friday., If you are interested in trying out, please let us hear from you,. Senior or adult swimmers are needed for both women's and men's events, so please let us hear from any who are interested,. LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL _ Last Saturday we were sorry to see that of the four teams scheduled in the League for the summer, only a few boys turned.up. Two team were then chosen for a game of scrub, _ PONY LEAGUE BALL The boys were out for a practise last Sunday afternoon. Due to many being away, we cannot have two teams to play,.. Each Sunday we will practise at 3:00 p.m. Red Rock has.requested a game'with both © the Little League and Pony 'League,. We are arranging this game for Saturday, August Ath. This would be our big double-header with Red Rock; of course, return games would be expected, WORK SHOP CAMP ON TEEN-AGE ACTIVITIES The Community Programmes Branch is offering this work-shop for adults and teen-agers who are interested in teen activities,; The work-shop;wil} be conducted «Sunday, August '26th, to' Saturday, September lst, at Duncan Memorial Camp, Loon Lake, The cost for this workshop would be $12.00 for adults and 10,00 for teen-agers, .
