RECIPE OF THE WEEK DEVILED-EGG CASSEROLE Bake at 350 deg. F about 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings. 6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled 5 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing teaspoon salt 5 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomatoe sauce 1 cup water lcup grated process American cheese 1 tablespoon grated onion 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon oregano - 4 cups drained cooked elbow macaroni (1 eight-ounce package, uncooked) 1 can (about 3¢ ounces)sardines HPO] 1. Halve eggs lengthwise; remove yolks; put L through coarse sieve into bowl; blend in mayonnaise or salad dressing, salt, mustard, and pepper; pile into white halves, 2. Combine tomato sauce, water, 2 cup cheese, onion , Worcestershire sauce, and oregano in saucepan; cook over low heat until cheese melts; combine with macaroni in bowl. i 3. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with remaining & cup cheese; arrange deviled eggs and sardines on top; cover loosely with aluminum foil. 4. Henderson, Mrs, Ray Belliveau entertained Sunday afternoon at a: birthday party celebrating her daughter Annette's 'eighth birthday. Fourteen children were in attendance and enjoyed games indoors and out before par- taking in the birthday cake and luncheon. Mr. and Mrs, George Brophy, Mrs. M, M. Dickie, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Todd and Mr, and Mrs. Hugh Brophy and Tom Williscroft were in the Lakehead last week to attend the marriage of Miss Sue Arabia and Dennis Brophy in St. Anthony's Church, Port Arthur, on May 2lst. Mr. and Mrs. K. W. Brown of Lumsden, Saskatchewan with their children Kenny, Dennis and Jimmy are visiting with his brother Ted Brown and family this week enroute to Kapuskasing. They were accompanied by Mrs. Brown's sister, Miss Denise Courchene of Lake Lenore, Sask, Miss Jan Turcotte of Kapuskasing was guest of her sister, Mrs. Dave Desrosiers during the past week. The Dim Bulbs held their wind-up party of the year at the home of Mrs, Ev Garvin, on Tuesday evening, May 29th, Election of officers for the coming season were held with the following results: President - Louise Stewart, Secretary - Ethyle Boyd, Treasurer - Sheila Zwaresh. Mrs, Lil Harris, retiring president, thanked the members for their. support during her term of office. Games and T.V. were enjoyed during the balance of the evening.
