Muriel and Tom Walter accompanied by Ralph Lindberg enjoyed a motor trip east to Timmins for a visit with Muriel's parents, Mr. and Mrs, C, CG, Hicks, and on to Scarboro where they had a brief visit with former Terrace Bay residents, Dot and Ossie Dalzell, In Loncaon, they were guests of Tom's sister, Mrs, J. Grant and his Father, Mr, H. S, Waiter of Exeter, Ontario, Returning by way of the States, they spent Saturday in the Lakehead visiting Ralph's parents, arriving home that evening. Syl and Bill Henderson returned to Terrace Bay last weekend from their three week vacation in Eganvilie, Ontario with Syl's parents, Mr, and Mrs;-M, -Valiquette and in Oshawa, Ontario. The annual wind-up of the Dim Bulbs was held at the home of Ev Garvin Wednescay evening, May 25th. Election of officers was held with Lil Harris becoming the new President for the coming season. Sec: retary will be Dot Shrier anc Treasurer Rita Cavanaugh. It was decided to close for the summer months this: year with the last meeting being held at the home of Eleanor Ruzyski 'on June 28th. Games were played curing the intervals of the evening's T.V. prograiiucs and prizes were won by Rita Cavanaugh twice and Lois Haviland and Helen Boudreau.
