GEORGE WARDROPE SPEAKS TO KIWANIS CLUB Mr. George Wardrope, MLA. for Port Arthur constituency spoke to the Kiwenis Club at their regular meeting on Tuesday evening. He first made some remarks about Kiwanis Clubs in a community and among other things he stated, "--established for the purpose of fostering brotherhood and the golden rule---a community can only be better with a Kiwanis Club in 1H Mr, Wardrope then spoke of some of the requirements and advantages for northwestern Ontario and stated, "The first necessity here is roads and much emphasis is being placed on this".
