ti. SCUUT CORNER (Cont, ) helpful camping tips, Church parades were held in Terrace Bay last Sunday and follow- ing this the boys were sent out on a 2h hour camping trip. Shelters were built from forest material and the calibre of these were severely tested during the Sunday evening rainstrom, A fine start was made on an outdoors chapel by the campers as a gesture of appreciation for the use of the Terrace Bay Camp. This chapel has. been laid out on a high rocky promitory commanding a beautiful view of White Sand Lake, At the final campfire held Monday night, Field Commissioner Griggs presented Scouter Bill Megraw, Cubmaster Roland Wills and Assistant Scoutmasters Sam Ballentine and Dick Jones with camp badges in recognition of their attendance and assistance during the camp session. Norma and Len Crockford returned home Sunday from their motor trip to Thessalon, Ontario where they spent two weeks visiting with Norma's parents, Mr. and Mrs, Harry Goodmurphy and Len's folks, Mr. and Mrs, Carl Crockford,.
