As it's Terrace Bay's turn to look after refreshments, the cost will be split up amongst those making the trip. A two dollar bill should amply cover the levy in that direction, it may not be that much. The current Club membership drive is going great guns. If it continues at the present rate, the goal of 200 members by Labour Day should be reached. Membership committee members are going to set up shop at the Townsite Shopping Centre on Saturday in a final effort which should put the drive over the objective. Everyone who has played golf or wants to play golf and would like to see a local course developed is urged to take out membership. The fee is nominal - just 1.00, But let's not just leave it to the other fellow to spend a buck, The support of everyone really interested in having a golf course is needed. And when considering the subject don't overlook the fact that golf is no longer an old man's «ame, For years now it has had a great appeal to any young- sters who have been fortunate enough to have access to a golf course. Terrace Bay won this best out of five series in four games. On Saturday Jim Moro pitched the nine inninzs. Paul Pluta was the big hitter for Terrace hitting two home's.
