Better defence by #4 in these 2 innings would have made this an entirely Gifferent game, Shift #4 came back with 2 runs in the 3rd Oty 2 BiRe. 2 walks, and 2 errors, but #2 scored one run in their half on 2 hits and 1 error to hold a 5-2 lead after 3 innings, the 4th, 5th, and 6th innings were scoreless, tho the game was far from over, Shift #4 came up in the top of the 7th, in a do or die attempt, They died, but one single would have kept them alive, Eddic Aho walked 4 men this inning to force in a run and make the score 5-3 with the winning run on Ist base. Congratulations to all of you guys. Youwere a hustling, hollering, running kind of team - one that everybody likes to see in action. The record you made this year, of 19 wins and only 1 loss, should be a tough one to beat. To Shift #4 - You guys never gave up winning games you should have lost, by sheer determination, Congratulations, You lost 3 tough games in the finals, but, remember, you got beat by the best eam in the disap -- that's never a disgrace, .
