One of the highlights of the evening was the vocal rendition of several blues numbers by Doug Christian, one of our neighbours from Hydro. Doug!s act was not ins cluded in the programme but was extremely well received by the audience. At midnight, Fred Soughton introduced Messrs. Porter end Gillis who offered hearty congratulations to all concerned, who have helped in any way to keep Longlac!s safety record intact. All in all, it was a dandy party, enjoyed to the utmost by the residénts who are looking forward to the completion of 200 Safe Days and another gala evening,
