Page 3 ST MARTIN'S LADIES' GUILD The regular meeting of the St. Martin's Ladies! Guild was held Wednesday evening, July 20 at the home of Mrs, F, Vanier, 123 Poplar Crescent. The meeting was opened with a prayer after which the minutes of the last meeting and the treasurer's report were read, The guest of honor was Mrs. R. Schneble; past president of the Guild who is leav~ ing Terrace Bay in the near future, Presentation of a gift was made by Reverend Father J. Roenicke on behalf of the group. Father Roenecke expressed the appreciation of the parish for the way Mrs. Schneble organized the Catholic Ladies Guild and very capably carried on as president. He also expressed regret at her departure and wished her well in the future and happiness in her new home. Mrs. Schneble graciously expressed her thanks to everyone as she accepted the gift. At the close of the meeting, a delicious lunch was served by the hostess, Mrs, Vanier assisted by Mrs. J. O'Connor and Mrs, C.
