Rabbitts was assisted throughout the proceedings by Harold Stmworth as Director of Ceremonies while the lodge offices were temporarily filled' by other Past District Deputy Grand Masters including: 0. F. Young, Robert Addison, H. S. Chase, George Blanchard and C. E, Watkins, Following the more formal proceedings, two presentations were made to the newly organized lodge. On behalf of Shuniah Lodge, O, F. Young presented an organ and for Thunder Bay Lodge Howitt Chase presented a chairman's gavel for the lodge master, The institution on Saturday evening was followed by refreshments in the ante-room adjoining the lodge room,' During the evening, at Hotel Terrace, wives of visiting Masons were entertained by all wives of local Masons, On Sunday morning, visitors were given an opportunity of seeing the principal sights and points of interest in the area and a dinner was held in Hotel Terrace at noon, Sunday afternoon was marked by a church parade and attendance at divine service held in Terrace Bay Community Church with Rev. A. F. Lavender officiating. Prayers were offered by Rev. H. Crawley, chaplain of the new lodge and Rev. H. Seegmiller of Geraldton, District Chaplain of the Masonic order, delivered the sermon. 4. solo was rendered by lirs. W. Lavender. Mrs, T. Stanley Hodgkiss was pianist for the service.
