In order to accommodate the large crowd which:is expected, both north and south wings of the unit in which the Recreation Hall is located will be utilized with a public address system supplying music to the north wing, 'While all dancing will be confined to the Recreation Hall. o~0-0 AN OPEN LETTER FROM THE POSTMASTER The Editor, Terrace Bay News, Terrace Bay, Ontario. Dear Sir: As the Christmas rush is again upon us, I would be pleased if you would acquaint the public with the following Post Office information and regulations. Mail must be posted before 9:35 a.m. and 6:30 p.m, to assure despatch on respective trains. Wickets will be closed from 11:00 a.m, till 12 noon only (including Wednesdays) 3 from Monday, December 12th until efter Christmas, but will close at the regular evening hours. : One cent postage prevails on Christmas cards for Canada, U. S. A., and Great Britan, unsealed, Dead line dates for parcels are as follows (to assure Christmas delivery): United States before December 9th British Columbia before December 14th Alberta and Saskatchewan before December 15th Manitoba and the Maritime Provinces before December 16th Ontario and Quebec before December 17th Local before December 18th. No mail delivery Christmas day. May I again request the co-operation of the public when posting letters to face letters up so that all stamps are at the same corner, tie in bundles or hand them in at wickets. Patrons calling for mail during the rush should use the General Delivery wicket only. The Money Order and Parcel wickets will be used respectively for Money Orders and parcels.
