Feb.25th) a crowd of more than 100 saw the Fraser Brace hockey team emerge on the long end of a 3 - 2 score in a semi-final game with the Office Staff. This game, the first defeat for the Office in the series, gave Fraser Brace possession of top rung for the time being at least, although both Mechanics and Office have 2 games in hand, If the weatherman con- tinues now to string along with no further snow storms, the Finals should be completed by the end of next week, As the scores in all the semi-final games indicate, its anybody's series even yet, and the boys are. playing a brand of hockey that really should draw much larger crowds than have been attending the games. Many of the hockey players themselves helped to build lean- to shelters for the protection of spectators. These shelters arc located on both sides of the rink. If you want to see a good hockey game, check the schedules below and plan to give active support to your favourite team by actually doing a little "rooting" from the sidelines...
