Also, "Jack and the Beanstalk" - top notch cartoon offering a lively version of the familiar old story. ei a ON TOWNSITE CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PARTY At 3:00 p.m. on the afternoon of December 24th in the Recreation Hall all the children of the townsite were royally entertained at a Christmas party sponsored jointly by Dominion Catering Co., North American Buildings, Fraser Brace, Ontario Construction and the Long- Lac organization. Following a film program Santa Claus visited the party with gifts for all the children present. The eventended with the usual party of candy, ice eream, cake, and all the goodies that go with such an affair. Sincere thanks areextended to the girls of Dominion Catering and the ladies of the townsite who so ably assisted at the party.
