Hodgkiss at the piano. Pupils of the Terrace Bay School will also sing accompanied by C. L. Guest. Rev. Father James Delaney and Rev. A. F. Lavender, who will act as Co-Chairmen of the "COMMUNITY CAROL SINGING", will extend Christmas Greetings to all in attendance. Everyone in the entire project is cordially invited to come and join in the "COMMUNITY CAROL SINGING", Carol sheets will be distributed to those attending. HERE AND THERE On Friday evening, December 12th, at the Christmas Party held in House 16 » two particularly interesting events were celebrated by the girls who were present: Ann Wallie's Birthdey and the engagement of Marg Kiff to Charlie "Slim" Simmer, This is really the first romance among Longlac employees at Terrace Bay = and we wish the couple every happiness during their courtship and through the years to comce 8 '\6.0).0.'0 Walter Goodyear of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, was a recent visitor at the home of Mr. & Mrs, C. L. Guest, Hudson Drive. We're informed, however, that the main attraction was Morah Guest (Longlac'ts Accounting Office). HYDRO RESTRICTIONS APPLY AT TERRACE BAY Recent restrictions imposed in an effort to conserve Hydro Electric Power through- out the Province of Ontario apply at Terrace Bay. Under the regulations, outside decorative lighting on Christmas Trees or otherwise is prohibited, We trust that every- one throughout the community will co-operate wholeheartedly.
