Page e@ A WORD ABOUT HOCKEY With the 80! x 180! hockey rink in the Lower Camp ready for flooding as soon as the weather-man gives us the green Light, hockey minded individuals are starting to ask questions about the coming season, One question about lighting can now be answered by the announcement that a fully adequate lighting system has been approved and work on the installation will commence shortly. ° The question of snow removal has also been considered, and present indications are that labour and equipment will be available for regular snow removal thus eliminating our problem of last year when it was often necessary to shovel the snow from the rink prior to a gaiie. Our next step, of course, Will be to get the "gong" together to lay plans for the coming season, with particular stress on the operation of a House League similar to our ll-team Softball Association of last summer, Exhibition games with nearby centres will doubtless develop and the friendly rivalry with Schreiber in particular will, in all probability, be renewed. a rao For the purpose of talking over future pla. Lumbers, the teen-agers decided that 'they would like to approach a number of adults in the community who would be asked to act as sponsers, and the Teen-Town executive will be busy seeking their sponsors during the next few days. The organization of "Teen-Town" by Terrace Bay teen-agers, at this stage of community development, +s most commendable, and the business- like manaer in which our young citizens are going about the organizing of thear iieens Town" augurs well for the future and merits the whole-hearted support of every mem>or of the community.
